The chef Philippe will propose you a pension menu for the hotel’s guests, but you can also choose to eat à la carte, or a typical cider menu with Basque cider.
Its culinary approach is mainly based on the choice of quality products highlighted by a fair and balanced cooking.

You will be served in a typical setting, a traditional restaurant room of the Basque Country with its imposing fireplace and bar. A beautiful shaded terrace will also allow you to enjoy beautiful days in any season!
Several atmospheres are proposed to you: the cider factory, the shady terrace under the plane trees with guinguette spirit and the bar for an aperitif tapas or rations to share. You will taste typical Basque dishes: axoa, parsley eels, cod with garlic, chipirons, flan Koka, rice with milk.... The cider menu: omelette cod or ham serrano, rib of beef or hake Spanish, cheese, cider all you want. Remember to reserve.
The restaurant room is accessible to people with reduced mobility, as well as the toilets of the establishment.
